В конце ноября должна была решиться судьба Орловского тоннеля. Новые власти Петербурга еще в сентябре сказали, что строить его слишком дорого, и почти отказались от проекта, но потом губернатор Полтавченко заявил, что к проекту все-таки когда-нибудь вернутся, но когда – не сказал.
